Fees and Deadlines
Fees include the opening reception, coffee breaks, and the closing gala & party.
All participants are required to pay the full registration fee regardless of partial attendance.

* PhD students and post-doctoral researchers (less than 5 years after PhD).
** The accompanying person fee includes meals (the opening reception, coffee breaks, and the closing gala & party), but does not include access to conference sessions.

The registration fee does not include the excursion fee.
To participate in an excursion, please review the Excursion page and register separately.
Please note that most oral presenters will be selected from the abstracts. Only those submitted by 3 April (Early Bird) will be considered for oral presentation.
Payment
Registration will be completed only with full payment.
All payment must be paid only in Japanese yen.

Please use a credit card which is valid at least until June 2026.
[IMPORTANT] In case you get an error message once, please call your credit card company and get the clarification of the reason before trying the second time. (If you fail more than a certain number of times, you will no longer be able to make payments.)
Credit card payment will be processed through GMO Payment Gateway Inc.
Payments via Bank Transfer will be accepted until April 10, 2026 (JST). If you choose this method, please ensure that your payment is completed by this date.
The full amount of your registration fee must be paid without any deductions for bank charges.
Please make sure that all charges are borne by the sender.
A specific account will be provided to each participant, and your account details will be displayed during the payment process on My Page. Please ensure that you transfer the correct amount to the designated account.
* If you wish to make a bank transfer from overseas, please contact the ICPMB Registration Desk (registration@icpmb2026.jp) for further assistance. For overseas participants, credit card payment is recommended for a smoother and faster transaction.
Invoice and Receipt
You can download invoice and receipt from My Page. Please be noted that any request of sending receipts via email or postal mail is unacceptable.
Change & Cancel
Before the payment:
You can change your registered information or cancel your registration from My Page.
After the payment completed:
Any change that include the Registration and Banquet fee, or cancellation of registration should be made in writing to ICPMB Registration Desk (registration@icpmb2026.jp).
You can change other information from My Page.
Cancellation Policy
Any request must be sent to the ICPMB Registration Desk : registration@icpmb2026.jp
- If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, his/her registration may be transferred to another person from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.
- If the registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer his/her registration to another person, the following refund policy will apply:
| Cancellations during the Early registration period (until April 3): | Full refund of registration fees. |
| Cancellations after the Early registration period (from April 4): | No refund. |
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
- For payments made by credit or debit card, the same card will be refunded (only within 2 months of the original payment).
- All other payments will be refunded by bank transfer to the account holder.
For payments received by bank transfer from outside Japan, the refund will be made by bank transfer, and all bank charges will be borne by the recipient.
